Return Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. That’s why you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If your order arrives damaged, broken, or does not arrive at all, please send us a photo of the issue. In these cases, we are happy to offer you a free replacement or discuss another solution that works best for you.

• If you decide you no longer want the product, or would like to exchange it for another item of the same value, we’re happy to arrange this. Please note that in this case, the return shipping costs are at your expense.

• You’re also welcome to share your own suggestion, and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution together.
